Who we are:
High Impact Athletes is a global non-profit that connects Olympians and professional athletes with high-impact charities to change how the world of sport gives. We've recently partnered with HYROX — the world's fastest-growing fitness race — as their global fundraising partner, moving millions to effective causes across global health, mental health, women's empowerment, animal welfare and climate innovation. The movement is scaling fast, and we're building the creative team to match.
Named Sports Start-Up of the Year at the 2025 ISC International Sports Awards and recipients of the IOC Climate Award, we're an org with serious momentum and we're after talent who are looking to level up their career and play a pivotal role in building our storytelling.
The opportunity
This role sits primarily within Race for Impact — the fundraising movement we've built with HYROX — with some reach into the broader HIA brand. You'll be a part of the creative engine behind @RaceForImpact and @HighImpactAthletes, primarily for digital content spanning social media, tech, website, and event activations.

A strong reel with a genuine feel for pacing, energy and motion graphic-driven storytelling

Confident in editing software with strong type driven motion design skills

Stylistically distinct — trend-aware and willing to push the boundaries

An strong eye for grading and footage aesthetics

How it works:
This is a paid role in line with your experience. Freelance and ad hoc to begin — starting with a trial brief and paid trial period. From there, set hours per week, building toward a full-time role for the right person. Fully remote, NZ/AUS timezones preferred.
